How is E-Max Crown Applied?

Empress is made with a CAD-CAM bur system. During its production, high quality monolithic lithium disylate block is used.

In general terms, in the application performed by specialist dentists, the thin layer on the natural tooth structure is first removed. Afterwards, the tooth model is created with the help of classical or digital systems. Full ceramic veneer is produced specifically for the patient.

While the prosthesis is produced according to the patient, the monolithic block of lithium disilicate is cut with the help of a milling machine. Therefore, the veneering consists of a single block. Thus, after the crown is produced in the appropriate size for the patient, it is sent to the dentist. During the session, the ceramic tooth is applied to the natural tooth.

The number of sessions may vary depending on factors such as the patient profile. After the treatment, the dentist explains the care to be applied.
